(Q) What is your return policy?

(A) For hygienic reasons, all sales are final, we do not accept any returns on oils, intimate-wear items or accessories.

(Q) Do you offer exchanges?

(A) For hygienic reasons we do not accept exchanges on any of our items - oils, intimate-wear items or accessories

(Q) How long is your Canada-Wide shipping?

(A) Due to CoVid-19 conditions, please allow 2-10 business days for your order to process. Once your order is processed you will receive confirmation that your order has been shipped. Shipping time will vary base on your selected shipping selection at checkout. (please note business days do not include weekends or holidays & sales may require additional processing time)

(Q) What if I do not receive my package but I got confirmation it was shipped?

(A) If your package has been shipped and confirmed with tracking via the postal courier, you must file a claim with them for lost package. We cannot be responsible for lost items once it has left our possession. To avoid any discrepancies please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly.
